No phones.  No TVs.  No Internet.

Two acres of green space.  Surrounded by acres and acres of forest.

Right in the middle of a bustling college town???

That’s where I’ve been since Friday night, Lord.  My City Oasis.

No… Our City Oasis.

Mine and my college suite mates’.  Seven of us.  At our third annual reunion!

We had parted ways after our sophomore year. Most had transferred to other schools for our junior year. I had gone to Spain.  Our first reunion happened in 2014… some 43 years later.

Oh, Abba… What a blessing this weekend was!  In so many ways!  I can’t begin to describe even one.  I’m way too tired tonight.  But soon…

Meanwhile… Thank You, Lord.

For bringing us back together.

For deepening our love for each other.

For clearing more of the path that will lead us all closer to Eternity.

“… because of the tender mercy of our God, by which the rising sun will come to us from heaven to shine on those living in darkness… to guide our feet into the path of peace.”  (Luke 1:78-79)

Expectantly,

Abba’s Girl
